TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025
By Violet Baraza Mwombe, of P.O. Box 99, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwombe Shatimba alias Peter Muombe Shatamba, who died at Cheptuli Sub-location, on 13th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By (1) Hesbon Alera Mbairu and (2) Hudson Kayesi Mbairu, both of
P.O. Box 367, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Mbairu Alera, who died at Munyuki, on 27th April, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
