IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (d) of the Privatization Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury re- appoints— Edward N. Kobuthi (Dr.), Irene Njeri Wanyoike, Celine Anyango Orata, David J. O. Nyakang’o, Wellington Pakia Godo (Amb.), as Members of the Privatization Commission, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 27th April, 2026. Dated the 17th April, 2026.
