REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Resilient Investment Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/157, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
