THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cheruon A. Mosonik (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Molo South/Keringet Block 2/48, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succesion Cause No. E577 of 2024, has issued grant in favour of (1) Sarah Chesang Cherwon and (2) Lilian Chepkoskei Bartonjo, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Cheruon A. Mosonik (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said Land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Sarah Chesang Cherwon and (2) Lilian Chepkoskei Bartonjo, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Cheruon A.
