GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5708

WHEREAS Wilson Kihuria Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.06 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Muguga/Kanyariri/424, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E240 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Lewis Njubi Kihuria, (2) Anne Wambui Kabetu and (3) John Njonjo Kihuria, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Kihuria Mwaniki (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Lewis Njubi Kihuria, (2) Anne Wambui Kabetu and (3) John Njonjo Kihuria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Kihuria Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
