THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Kahuro Gituku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0800 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 4/T. 876, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 276 of 1991, has directed that the name of George Kahuro Gituku (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Peter Kangethe Kahuho and (2) Joseph Gathirwa Kahuho, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said George Kahuro Gituku has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument L.R.A 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to George Kahuro Gituku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
