IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred under Article 210 of the Constitution of Kenya, section 159 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and sections 80, 81, 82 and 83 of the Laikipia County Revenue Administration Act, 2022, the County Executive Committee Member for Finance, Planning and County Development with the approval of the County Executive Committee and County Assembly, County Government of Laikipia grants 100 % waiver on penalties and interest on land rates.
