NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the Machineries which are lying idle and unclaimed within the property known as Land Reference No. 336/1257, to collect the said machineries at the said property within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of the outstanding rental arrears, storage charges and costs awarded by the Courts in ELC Case No. E344 of 2022, failure to which the said machineries will be sold either by public auction or private treaty the proceeds of sale shall be applied to defray any accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable thereof.
