NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to owners of motor vehicle Make: Nissan Advan, Reg. KDE 604U, to collect/ take delivery of the said abandoned vehicle lying in our clients yard/garage, Mechautoman Spares and Accessories, in Mombasa County within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and upon payment of all repair and/or storage charges, Auctioneers costs plus any other costs incurred including the cost of this publication, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicle by Public Auction without any further notice to you and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all auctioneers fees, repair/storage and other accrued charges.
