NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of the following salvage motor vehicles herein: KDW 962M (Mazda demio), KDJ 012W (Mazda Demio), KDR 308N (Mazda Demio), KCR 426L (Probox), KDQ 023F (Toyota Wish), KDT 377U (AUDI A3), KDT 585D (Toyota vits), KDQ 792A (Toyota Sienta), KDW 216W (Toyota rav4), KDT 864B (Nissan note), KDP 744L (Mazda Demio),KDR 909L (CX5), KDV875V (Subaru Impreza), KDR 785T (CX5), KDU 115Z (Probox), KDU 828B (Vannet), KDV 181J (Toyota Filder), KDU 370M (Toyota Filder), KDT 618J (Move), KDU 051D (Alto), KCK 315T (Toyota Filder), KDW 216W (Toyota Rav 4), KDD 406U (Toyota Premio), KDR 308N (Mazda Demio), KCR 426L (Toyota Probox), KDP744L (Mazda Demio), KCP 384X (Toyota Probox), KBR 121P (Nissan Vannet), KDA 377l (Suzuki Solio), KDN 928F (Toyota Probox), KCF 683C (Honda Fit), KCS 750U (Nissan Serena) to take delivery of their goods and motor vehicles which are currently lying at Eldomech Motors Solutions Limited within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated 17th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public Auction by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Cooperative House, 3rd Floor Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners. Dated the14th April, 2026.
