NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 127, in Volume DI, Folio 202/432, File MMXXV, by our Client, Penina Nyawira Muraguri, formerly known as Peninah Mutindi Maingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Peninah Mutindi Maingi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Penina Nyawira Muraguri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Penina Nyawira Muraguri only.
