NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 319, in Volume B-13, Folio 2491/22852, File 1637, by our Client, Bakari Hamisi Tunza, formerly known as Bakari Hamisi Mwakulola, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bakari Hamisi Mwakulola, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bakari Hamisi Tunza, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Bakari Hamisi Tunza only.
