NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 118, in Volume D1, Folio 247/431, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Hanan Salahban Mursal, of P.O. Box 51759- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Khadija Salahban Mursal, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Khadija Salahban Mursal, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hanan Salahban Mursal, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hanan Salahban Mursal only.
