NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 418, in Volume D1, Folio 317/5112, File No. MMXXIV, our client, Mohamed Bille Horor, of P.O. Box 47906– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Bille Adow, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Bille Adow, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Bille Horor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Bille Horor only.
