IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to regulation 7 (1) of the Mining (Community Development Agreement) Regulations, 2017, the following are members of the Community Development Agreement Committee between Kavee Community in Rabai Kisurutuni Ward, Kilifi County and Kavee Quarries Limited— Under paragraph (a)— Elizabeth Santa Hinzano, Under paragraph (b)— Fatuma Mohamed Sarai, Under paragraph (c)— Ali Magwama, Under paragraph (d)— Sidi Rebo Kavu, Under paragraph (e)— Patrick Munga Bemunga, Under paragraph f)— Lwatifa Kuvuna Washe, Kheri Kombo Sudi, Under paragraph (g)— Rashid Osman Swaleh, Under paragraph (h)— Samwel Emmanuel Sibare, Under paragraph (i)— Martin Donald Denje, Under paragraph (j)— Anthony Kenga, Under paragraph (k) — Mohammed Amir, Vinod Mulji, Thomas Basweti, the Members under paragraphs (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) shall serve for a period of three (3) years, from the date of this publication.
