IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, the Water Act and the Companies Act, and all enabling laws, I, Mohamed Adan Khalif, appoint— Nasra Adan Maalim, Mariam Maalim Issackow, to be members of the Board of Elwak Water and Sewerage Company Limited for a period of five (5) years with effect from the 2nd May, 2025.
