REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Murtaza Yussuf Ali Panju and Others, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Portion No. 333- Malindi, situate in Malindi Township in the Kilifi District, registered as L.T. 38, Folio 200A, File 3486, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Malindi has issued a decree from E.L.C. Case No. 53 of 2020 (O.S.) dated the 27th September, 2022, vesting the Plot by adverse possession in favour of (1) David Katana Chipira, (2) Katana Shikari Mapinga, (3) Morris Mataza Kalenga, (4) Charo Katana Mwijo and (5) Garama Kapombe Kutomola to hold in trust for all the plaintiffs, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register in the name of (1) David Katana Chipira, (2) Katana Shikari Mapinga, (3) Morris Mataza Kalenga, (4) Charo Katana Mwijo and (5) Garama Kapombe Kutomola, to hold in trust for all the plaintiffs, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
