REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Allui, of P.O. Box 85888–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0592 hectare or thereabouts, known as 5836/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 24471, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been mutilated, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
