REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Modern Ventures Limited (Reg. No. 55146), of P.O. Box 27420–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0192, 0.0192, 0.0290 and 0.0184 hectare or thereabouts, respectively, known as Nairobi/Block 160/232, 233, 244, and 245, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
