REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geoffrey Ruoro Kihohia, (2) Beatrice Warukira, (3) Agnes Gathoni, (4) Jane Wanjiru and (4) Mary Njoki , all in equal shares and in trust for (1) Hannah Nyamweru, (2) Loise Wangechi and (3) Benson Kiiru Kihohia, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0690 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality/Block 1/71, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
