REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Njenga Njuguna, (2) Ngata Ikonya, (3) Jane Wanjiru Kungu, (4) Mary Njoki Kihara, (5) James Mwai Kihara, (6) Jackson Muturi Kihara, (7) Nancy Gathoni Kihara, (8) Benard Miohe Njau, (9) Simon Migici Njau, (10) Florence Nyambura Mbugua, (11) Mary Nyambura Karuri, (12) Minnie Njeri Kamau, (13) John Njuguna Gaichinga and (14) Kenneth Chege Kamau, all of P.O. Box 171, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors and personal representatives of the estate of (1) Kihara Muthiora, (2) Joseph Njenga Njuguna, (3) Njau Gitumbi, (4) William Mutura Mberere, (5) Ngata Ikonya, (6) Bedan Kungu Kago and (7) Jackson Kamau, as tenants in common in equal shares (proprietors) the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/1/885, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 6631/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
