REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Agnes Khakusuma Wetungu (ID/5728475) and (2) Francis Shikuku Lianda (ID/20861922), as administrators of the estate of Raynald Luanda Musee alias Raynald Lianda Musee, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that property known as L.R.A. S/Kabras/Samitsi/1248, situate in the Kakamega North Sub- county, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the above title has been misplaced or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
