REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rajesh Pravin Dave, (2) Hitesh Pravin Dave and (3) Kiarie Ngacha Wanarua, as the administrators of the estate of Pravinkumar Jaychanra Dave, both of P.O. Box 22588–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 15210, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 60899, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
