REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Raman Agarwal and (2) Manju Agarwal, both of P.O. Box 45193–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that Flat No. A2, erected all parcel of land known as L.R No. 1870/II/286, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as IR 154257, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by Guardian Bank Limited, of P.O. Box 67681–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed notice is given that after the expiry of the sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of Section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
