THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Point A. Commercial Agencies, of P.O. Box 13707, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2123 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 16/200, and whereas the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
