THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mgambo El Hassan, of P.O. 84969, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 3869/VI/MN, situated in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 49567, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under Section 33 (5) of the Act.
