REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aboud Faraji Aboud, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/1882, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period I shall issue a new green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
