THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hasham Hussein Omar, of P.O. Box 42728–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4300/95, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 13409/1, and whereas the Habib Bank AG Zurich has executed a discharge in favour of the owner, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
