THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hussein Sheikh Aden Ali, of P.O. Box 38270–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0216 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 103/683, and whereas the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC Case No. E269 of 2022 vide a decree dated the 18th December, 2025, declared Amina Mohamed Yusuf as the sole proprietor of Nairobi/Block 103/683, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the cancellation of the certificate of lease issued to Hussein Sheikh Aden Ali.
