GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5971

WHEREAS Tobias Wendo Orwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Nyalunya/2321, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 836 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) David Obura Wendo, (2) Evans Otieno Wendo, (3) Syllas Omondi Odhiambo and (4) Nickson Owino Wendo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Tobias Wendo Orwa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tobias Wendo Orwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
