THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cheruwony arap Mosonik (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Njoro/Ngata Block 2/6339 (Kirobon), and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. E577 of 2100 2100 2024, has issued letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Sarah Chesang Cherwon and (2) Lilian Chepkoskei Bartonjo and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A 50 and whereas the land title deed issued to Cheruwony arap Mosonik is lost, , notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) Sarah Chesang Cherwon and (2) Lilian Chepkoskei Bartonjo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Cheruwony arap Mosonik (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
