THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Mugo Wanjohi alias Samuel Mugo Wanjohi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.404 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Kabare/Nyangati/1947, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E83 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Margret Wanjiru Mugo (ID/2897366), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margret Wanjiru Mugo (ID/2897366), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Mugo Wanjohi alias Samuel Mugo Wanjohi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
