THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Ezekiah Mbogo alias Patrick Ezekiel Mbogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.25 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Gichugu/Settlement/Scheme/7579, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wang’uru in Succession Cause No. E17 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Agnes Mutemi Kariuki (ID/11273052), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Agnes Mutemi Kariuki (ID/11273052), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Ezekiah Mbogo alias Patrick Ezekiel Mbogo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
