REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimitei arap Muriet alias Kimitei arap Muryet (Deceased) is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, Known as Kericho/Cheptalal/682, situated in the Bomet County, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Bomet in Succession Cause No. E6 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joseph Kiptonui Mitei (ID/1464332), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surredered to land registrar for cancelation have failed, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor to Joseph Kiptonui Mitei (ID/1464332), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimitei arap Muriet alias Kimitei arap Muryet (Deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled.
