THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simimi Hamisi Ali Marumu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Ukunda/6684, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in succession cause No. E464 of 2025, has vested the property to Salimu Hamisi Marumu and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simimi Hamisi Ali Marumu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simimi Hamisi Ali Marumu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
