COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, the preparation of the above mentioned Part Development Plan was on 13th August, 2025 completed. The development plan relates to the land situated in Kitale town, designated for the use of development of a Church in Kitale Town, Trans Nzoia County. The copies of the Plans have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, located at Ardhi House in Kitale Town. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all interested persons at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, located at Ardhi House in Kitale Town, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s), organizations or entities who wishes to make any representation or objection to the above-mentioned Development Plans may send such representations in writing to be received by the County Director Physical Planning, P.O. Box 4211- 30200,· Kitale, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication, and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
