NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 140, in Volume D1, Folio 113/1203, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Faith Jepkosgei Kirwa, formerly known as Faith Chepkosgei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Chepkosgei, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Jepkosgei Kirwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Jepkosgei Kirwa only.
