NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 809, in Volume D1, Folio 98/1071, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Edwin Mwangi Kabiro, of P.O. Box 47866– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Edwin Mwangi Mundia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Edwin Mwangi Mundia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Edwin Mwangi Kabiro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Edwin Mwangi Kabiro only.
