NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1076, in Volume D1, Folio 98/1076, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Isaac Ndwiga Nyorani, of P.O. Box 36– 60103, Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Isack Nyorani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Isack Nyorani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isaac Ndwiga Nyorani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Isaac Ndwiga Nyorani only.
