NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 416, in Volume D1, Folio 122/1270, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Hadassah Bitutu Gesage, formerly known as Cynthia Bitutu Gesage, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cynthia Bitutu Gesage, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hadassah Bitutu Gesage, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hadassah Bitutu Gesage only.
