NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1021, in Volume D1, Folio 105/1129, File MMXXVI, by our Client, Colleen Waithera Kabura, formerly known as Colleen Tabitha Waithera, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Colleen Tabitha Waithera, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Colleen Waithera Kabura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Colleen Waithera Kabura only.
