NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 760, in Volume DI, Folio 90/1005, File MMXXVI, by our Client, Claire Waithira Wagako, of P.O. Box 4317–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Claire Waithira Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Claire Waithira Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Claire Waithira Wagako, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Claire Waithira Wagako only.
