NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 853, in Volume DI, Folio 89/994, File MMXXVI, by our clients, (1) Halai Parbat Manji and (2) Halai Dhanbai Parbat (guardians), both of P.O. Box 32863–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Halai Neelkanth Parbat (minor), formerly known as Halai Neelkanth, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Halai Neelkanth, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halai Neelkanth Parbat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Halai Neelkanth Parbat only.
