NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 851, in Volume DI, Folio 89/993, File MMXXVI, by our clients, (1) Halai Parbat Manji and (2) Halai Dhanbai Parbat (guardians), both of P.O. Box 32863–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Halai Neel Parbat (minor), formerly known as Halai Neel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Halai Neel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halai Neel Parbat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Halai Neel Parbat only.
