TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026 By (1) Joseph Simba Opepo, (2) Michael Ochanjo Opepo, (3) Vitalis Obiero Opepo and (4) Rose atieno Adongo, all of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Opepo Nyonimo, who died at Kanyikew, Kisumu, on 22nd August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026 By Henry Odhiambo Akech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Akech alias Charles Shikuku Akech, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 6th January, 1999. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2026 By Henry Odhiambo Akech, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Okelo Nyamaka, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 7th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
