E7 OF 2026 By John Mutali Wanami, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masika Wanami Chinyingi alias Masika Wanami, who died at East Sang’alo, on 10th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026 By John Simiyu Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waswa Ndula Tukayi alias Waswa Tukayi, who died at Mabusi, on 20th March, 1989. CAUSE NO.
