TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2025
By Jeremiah Kinga Ikiao, of P.O. Box 790–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikiao
M’Nala, who died at Mugurukia, Kiamwitari, on 14th January, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Kendi Marangu and (2) Robert Kigunda Mboroki, both of P.O. Box 226–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mboroki M’Rimeria alias M’Mboroki M’Rimberia, who died at Ntakira Sub-location, on 20th September, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
