TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 24th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026 By Micheal Peter Gitau, of P.O. Box 319, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wairimu Gitau, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026 By John Ngara Kariuki, of P.O. Box 201, Molo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kariuki Njoroge, who died at Sondu River, Sitoito, on 16th June, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
