TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By (1) Godwin Karigi Kagure and (2) Geofrey Githui Karige, both of P.O. Box 52–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Kagure Karigi, who died at Karatina Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
