TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By (1) Grace Nyawira Murimi and (2) Mary Wambui Murimi, both of P.O. Box 44, Kiamutugu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Nyarui Murimi alias Lucy
Nyaruai Murimi, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on
23rd November, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By (1) Consolato Njiru Njagi and (2) Secily Wangeci Ndege, both of P.O. Box 72685–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wanduma Ruinji, who died at Ngiriambu, on 26th August, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
